About Me

Matthew C. Lewis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelor of the Arts in Criminology. He then graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law where he served as Associate Editor of the UALR Law Review. Being a Texarkana native, he pursued law licensed in both Texas and Arkansas. Mr. Lewis consistently strives to meet the needs of both Texan and Arkansan citizens through the practice of law and by acting as an advisor in related matters. He regularly works with legal non-profits to provide low-cost or pro bono services to the less fortunate.

Our Mission

One of the most pressing crises in the legal field is the high cost of legal services acting as a barrier to those seeking to resolve their legal needs;

Several nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies strive to fill this gap. Even with this noble effort, millions find themselves locked out of receiving help when they need it first.

Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality, low-cost legal services by leveraging technological advances in telecommunications, digital libraries, and innovative billing solutions. When a client pays $500 per hour (or more) for an attorney, often over half of these fees go toward paying for the rent on their downtown office, maintaining a massive physical library, “happy hours” in the office outside work hours, and other overhead costs completely unrelated to the attorney’s time and effort in representing the client’s interests. By minimizing our overhead through the use of a virtual practice, we can provide high-quality legal services without requiring clients to pay for unnecessary extras.
